Becoming more than you doesn't mean you are less.  But that you are allowing yourself to grow. Every January I make a resolution, To Become More than what I am. One thing I have learned is that I can get so caught up in doing for others that I forget to stay open.  Lucky for me I am constantly re-taught this lesson.  People are brought into my life giving there wonderful gifts as well. And if I am not open I will miss the opportunity.  You will never NEVER finish...and that is a wonderful thing.  There is always something new to learn and I will always maintain my yearly resolution.    Every time I make it I am more than what I was the year before...and that is something to be thankful for.

 I know I have discussed Animal Totems and I have a page of it on my web sight.  Animal Totems are an animal that is with you all your life.  But there are other animals that come and go in our lives.  That symbolize who we are at that time.  Or they may have a message for us.  The idea is to be aware of the Animals that come into your life.  What family is it from...bird, cat, dog.  Spirit is in constant contact with us using nature to communicate with us is one way.  This hawk here came and landed on a branch by my window and looked right at me.  If that isn't a message I don't know what is.
