Trees, Orbs and ferries are all around us.

I know, here I go again about Trees. But I feel so connected to them. This beauty of a tree seemed to have a mouth and wanted to say something to me. Here are just a few pictures that I took of it while I was feeling its energy.

It sat at the base of a hill on a bend in the trail so you came right at it. The closer I got the stronger I felt. And I just started taking pictures. You can see the different colored Orbs and there seems to be some sort of energy forming down in the lower left hand corner. I get this white misty energy a lot on this trail. There is a lot of earth ferries up here along with ancient imprints. I love the feel, smell and taste of the air. The trees are friendly and always seem to want to talk.

To communicate with a tree always start with gratitude. If you use a tree to lean on or grasp on to for help to keep your footing, say "Thank you." Notice its beauty, gently pat it or stroke it with love. After all this tree does give you air. We use its wood to build a house and burn it to keep us warm. We are major takers the least we can do is say "Thank You" It doesn’t have to be out loud. But a definite deep loving thought directed towards it would be nice. You wont believe the doors that will open to you in the tree spirit world with this small gesture. Trees are very loving and love to be loved. And maybe you too will get to talk to a tree.

Spiritual energy at times can be quite obvious as it is in the picture of my children. On this day my children were not feeling well. Unlike most Moms I did the exact opposite. After layering up clothes, I took them out of the fake air environment and into the woods. You can see there energy was much improved and we only did a one mile hike. Though they were feeling quite low physically, Spiritual energy was high and that is where metabolism comes from. So next time you or your loved ones are feeling the yucks come on go for a walk in the woods and let mother nature heal you.

Creating a Spiritual Home for you and your family is a question that comes up often.

With all the TV, telephones, i-pods and computers its hard to stay connected to Spirit. I wish I could say just wave a magic wand, but that is not the case. Its work, but its fun work. First the Television we have is very small, I do not get cable and I keep the TV covered. For the most part I go on the computer in the early AM before the kids get up. Music for us is not something you shove in your ear and tune out the world. The world is full of music...right now at this very moment a Catbird is outside my window, in the distance I can here a Cardinal calling to its mate. I take my children outside everyday, the only time I do not is when its lightning or the weather is just too bad. I also meditate with my children and have made up games for them that stimulate higher thinking and bring in the law of attraction. We read uplifting, inspiring books.

And are really big Harry Potter fans and we home school...so we have Divination classes. Each of us has a special box full of tarot cards, ruins, dream diaries, maps of our hands, drawings of our animal totems, "who I really am" scrap book, and a three-ring binder to keep all our notes in.

I try to keep my children away from synthetic overstimulation, such as foods, crowded gatherings (usually have a me first vibration) and high populace areas.

We also have special reminders in our home to stay connected, some are very obvious like stones, crystals and wands. And others are trinkets and symbols that when we see them they remind us to stay centered.

If I notice one of us is getting moody, we head to the outdoors barefoot and work in the gardens, go to a spiritual place, go for a hike or go bike riding. Touching the earth with your body is the best thing to stay in tuned spiritually.

So take those shoes off and go roaming around your yard.
